  • Ongoing maintenance and support

Details of deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide all required content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that any materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights.
  • Review and approve work within agreed deadlines.

Delays in content or feedback may affect delivery timelines.

4. Payment Terms

  • All prices are quoted in GBP and may be subject to VAT.
  • A non-refundable deposit may be required before work begins.
  • Final balance is due on completion of the project or as otherwise agreed.
  • Late payments may incur interest and/or suspension of services.

5. Revisions & Scope Changes

  • Minor revisions are included unless stated otherwise in your quote.
  • Significant changes or additions beyond the agreed scope may be charged at our standard hourly rate or as a new quote.

6. Intellectual Property

  • We retain ownership of design concepts and code until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the final designs or work as agreed.
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio or marketing.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel a project with written notice. Work completed up to that point will be invoiced.
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless we fail to begin the project.

8. Website Maintenance & Third-Party Services

  • We are not liable for downtime or issues caused by third-party hosting, plugins, or platforms.
  • Ongoing maintenance or updates are only included if part of a specific support agreement.

9. Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific services in question.

10. Privacy

All data you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information without consent.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
